8 months after install the gutter had warped and was spilling water. Luke was initially happy to install a couple extra brackets - 3 times he set dates to do the work then didn't turn up and didn't let me know he wasn't coming. I had to pay someone else to fix this job.

Really disappointing! Started off good, Mitchell got in touch and quoted for the job by the photos, he didn’t come out to quote. I was happy with the quote so I said go ahead and as he said he could do the job in 2 weeks I removed my post thinking great I’ve found the person for the job. 2 weeks later no sign of Mitchell or a reply to my emails asking when he’s planning to start the work so now I have to start the process again. Poor show from Mitchell or a no show, as it would appear
I am a painter and decorator, specializing in hanging wall paper. I have over 3 years professional experience working for a local housing contractor . I really enjoy my work and always work to the highest standards. When a client chooses me to do their job, they can be sure of an efficient, reliable and professional service. My dedication to the job means I will always strive to achieve the best finish possible.
Would recommend MM Property maintenance as they did a great job of painting my newly installed panelling. They came on time, covered everywhere, didn’t stop working and made sure everything was perfect even filling and sanding panelling before painting and finally clearing up so there was no cleaning left for me. I will definitely use them again
We are a very reliable and trust worthy team with a very high standard of work. If this sounds like what you are looking for then look no further. Our ratings are our proof.
Very professional, answered the phone and made clear arrangements to give a quote, arrived on time. Looked at the property and have a qoute a couple of days after. The route was clear and very detailed with each job that needed to be done.
