William was a great find! He was flexible with his starting time to allow me to get to work on time. He arrived on time and I left him to it while I went to work and arrived home to find a job well done and everything as clean as I had left it. (He would not accept payment until i viewed and confirmed satisfaction with the work. A lovely surprise! He even came back after I had a change of mind and wanted another row of tiling in the kitchen and only asked petrol money. I would highly recommend.

I was disappointed with the standard of finish of the completed work. My main disappointment relates to the shower cubicle wall area where the tiles meet the shower tray. An acceptable gap of 2 - 3mm can be considered ‘normal’, the gap below one of the tiles in this area is 10mm. This gap, butts up to one of 2mm making it very noticeable! As this tile required to be cut to fit to accommodate the corner of the shower tray/floor, surely at this point, the tile should have been replaced. [I had over-stock
