Received an immediate response to a leak that had become critical on New Year's Eve. John & team came out straight away, put measures in place to prevent the situation worsening and gave a very thorough assessment of the job at a good price. As soon as my insurance claim was granted the work was completed quickly. The leak was not only remedied but the bathroom plumbing restored to a much more reliable and secure standard. I can highly recommend Versatile Renovations.

Kevin messaged on 11 Aug saying he'd order radiator parts and asked us to update our review as he was blocked from Rated. We did. He later criticised us, saying he'd been on holiday. We reminded him he never showed up as agreed. No apology, no update, and still no fix. We've had enough of the excuses and silence—now hiring a professional to get the job done properly.

William was a great find! He was flexible with his starting time to allow me to get to work on time. He arrived on time and I left him to it while I went to work and arrived home to find a job well done and everything as clean as I had left it. (He would not accept payment until i viewed and confirmed satisfaction with the work. A lovely surprise! He even came back after I had a change of mind and wanted another row of tiling in the kitchen and only asked petrol money. I would highly recommend.

Most tradespeople do what you ask and don’t offer comment or suggestion. Garry’s approach was different. He used a design-led and creative process to make sure every inch of space in my kitchen was crafted to meet my needs. His professionalism and workmanship is exceptional. He gave me a bespoke kitchen for the price of an off the peg one. He totally transformed the space available. My finished kitchen is stunning. I can’t recommend Kingsburgh Interiors highly enough. I recently opened a supermarket on Sevendials. We needed a handyman and a carpenter to do a few chores. Hired Tony for some work. Tony not only did carpentry and joinery work, but also took on building, plumbing and beyond. He is truly multi talented and very very dedicated.
