Unfortunately I can't leave no stars ad that is all this so called building company deserves.They are also unable to tell the truth in their response to Our review.No it wasn't a 3mm drop, when he went back to b+q to get more products to further his bodge up My Wife measured the drop(he claimed at the time it was 5mm.can't even remember his own lies)The drop was 13 mm.Ues He came back and had a 2nd attempt to rectify the bodged job,making an even worse mess.By this time We were both sick to death of him

Very pleased with the work carried out looks amazing Having to put up with an awkward neighbor didn't deter them from doing and completing the job. The price put in was very reasonable. Absolutely appalling service. The contractor was unreliable, rude, and failed to turn up as agreed. I paid £1,300, only to discover that the work was dangerous and substandard. I ultimately had to pay another professional to start the job again from scratch. Coopers provided an excellent service. Jack came and reviewed the problem, showing me photos of the leak and damage, and gave various options and prices of what I could do. In the end, I decided on a full roof replacement along with guttering and soffits. I got them to fit a Velux window and sun tunnel too. The project management was excellent. Scaffolding came within a day and work started following Monday. The job was completed in four days to a professional standard. Highly recommended.

Had some work on our roof completed in May 2024. This was completed to a poor standard, which we only realised after problems. Michael did return to supposedly correct these issues. However, we still have a leak and parts of the flat roof are flaking off only a few months afterwards. Have tried numerous times to contact Michael with limited success. He is now completely avoiding contact either by phone or email and has failed to return and rectify the problems. Would not recommend or use again.
