Did not turn up in the morning. I had to travel to meet this tradesman as I don’t live in the property. He didn’t bother to let me know he is not coming. After texting him he said “ Am so sorry i didn’t update my diary can i come see you tomorrow morning ?” When I said he is not getting a good feedback then he’s changed the excuse to “daughter unwell”, certainly a lie. I’ve seen his FB business page so he is a bathroom fitter and joiner?!! I think I’ve had a lucky escape. Avoid.

James Youngson converted our internal garage into a cinema room for us! He organised and project managed the whole job with detail and more importantly to me with honesty and integrity. Very friendly and offered to do the job the same weekend which was completed to a high standard in only half a day.
