Often our work is to Identity and rectify damp issues which arise from the use of modern materials on period properties where breathable materials are imperative for the buildings features and characteristics to function. Once the breathability of the property is compromised damp issues will occur. We offer damp assessments for your property with a full report to guide you in the right direction eradicating current and future damp issues. We have a big communal car parking area that required weeding/tidying and a large bed that had some trees/shrubs that needed some heavy maintenance. Gica and his wife worked really hard in very hot temperatures and did a fabulous job. Remy (the son) communicated well and kept in touch with progress. Lovely people and we were very pleased with the work done. We are hoping to use them for regular maintenance in future.
