Hired Ian to Build a single story extension and install new kitchen and downstairs shower room . Crew were very pleasant and very helpful in planning the the job ahead of them. Very pleased with the work carried out looks amazing Having to put up with an awkward neighbor didn't deter them from doing and completing the job. The price put in was very reasonable. When the work was ongoing the area was always left clean and as tidy as possible . I would recommend Ian 100% , and would use him again.

Timi was patient and professional. He visited twice on his time to measure and gather requirements. On the day of execution, he arrived promptly and worked seamlessly with no sipervision. He also sent constant progress status report since i was not in on the day. I will surely be calling on him again and will recommend him. PS. His fees is also affordable.

I have worked in the construction trade for over 10 years and I have recently moved into removals. This is because I have a property firm where removals are of great importance. IKEA furniture construction services are £19.25 per hour. Minimum call out charge £50. Special day rate £135 - 7.5 hours. Handyman services £20.00 per hour. Minimum call out charge £50 Special day rate £135 - 7.5 hours. Packing services £20 per hour. Minimum call out charge £50 Special day rate £135 - 7.5 hours. Removal services £30 per hour. Minimum call out charge £50 Special day rate £205 - 7.5 hours Specialist/ Large scale Removal jobs: If I need to hire a MWB the rough rate is £40 per hour. With a minimum call out charge of £180.00. However if I need to hire a LWB/ XLWB the rough rate is £45-£50 per hour. With a minimum call out charge of £200.00. Please note, I can price the job as a one off quote accurately. If you can provide the pickup and delivery address. In addition provide images of the items that you require to be relocated. Please give the rough dimension of any key double height items that need to remain upright, such as a fridge freezer? In addition is it a two or three seater? Waste Removals services £35 per hour. Coopers provided an excellent service. Jack came and reviewed the problem, showing me photos of the leak and damage, and gave various options and prices of what I could do. In the end, I decided on a full roof replacement along with guttering and soffits. I got them to fit a Velux window and sun tunnel too. The project management was excellent. Scaffolding came within a day and work started following Monday. The job was completed in four days to a professional standard. Highly recommended.
