IKEA furniture construction services are ÂŁ19.25 per hour. Minimum call out charge ÂŁ50. Special day rate ÂŁ135 - 7.5 hours. Handyman services ÂŁ20.00 per hour. Minimum call out charge ÂŁ50 Special day rate ÂŁ135 - 7.5 hours. Packing services ÂŁ20 per hour. Minimum call out charge ÂŁ50 Special day rate ÂŁ135 - 7.5 hours. Removal services ÂŁ30 per hour. Minimum call out charge ÂŁ50 Special day rate ÂŁ205 - 7.5 hours Specialist/ Large scale Removal jobs: If I need to hire a MWB the rough rate is ÂŁ40 per hour. With a minimum call out charge of ÂŁ180.00. However if I need to hire a LWB/ XLWB the rough rate is ÂŁ45-ÂŁ50 per hour. With a minimum call out charge of ÂŁ200.00. Coopers provided an excellent service. Jack came and reviewed the problem, showing me photos of the leak and damage, and gave various options and prices of what I could do. In the end, I decided on a full roof replacement along with guttering and soffits. I got them to fit a Velux window and sun tunnel too. The project management was excellent. Scaffolding came within a day and work started following Monday. The job was completed in four days to a professional standard. Highly recommended.
