We are a family run business and have been in the plumbing and drainage industry for 15 plus years. We offer our services for small plumbing jobs to large trace and access and also offer work via insurance companies. We specialise in leak detection with the use of our inspection camera as well as all drainage issues, we have high pressured waters jetters. We also offer 24hour emergency call out.
They came promptly and did the work within about 75 minutes, but they did not give any indication of the price charged. Then I got a bill for £1280. When I said that was really ridiculous they said they had sent me the wrong bill (ye, right) and it should have been £980 This too was much too high. I would be very careful before taking on these people and don't know how they can be on this platform..

The previous review was done under duress with Billy standing over me. The truth is, he disappears for considerable lengths of time (days), leaves equipment behind so you can't hire anyone else, switches his phone off so you can't contact him during this time and has the attitude of a bully. He removed our toilet to fix a blocked pipe but then left it so it wasn't fixed back to the floor properly and moved around, when we were in the process of selling our flat, with surveyors coming round. Not recommended.

Positives were: - friendly & helpful - accommodated all our changes - good standard of work - stuck to Budget and I believe he genuinely did everything he could to help make our project affordable - has come back to investigate minor issues even after final payment There were some inevitable delays. Some were entirely our fault though - only improvement for future projects would be earlier warnings if delays foreseen.

It has been quite a while since he totally transformed my bathroom to an amazing wet room, sorry Laurance, ill health caused the delay, but that shower was a big help to me. There were a lot of complications and frustrations, it was a challenge for him and he worked all hours, gone midnight on a few occasions, he had a deadline and he made it. Disappointing .. aesthetically radiator looks great but the heating system kept loosing pressure after the install, had to be adjusted through the boiler. It was fine before the replacement. The guy, who came back to look at it once but it kept on happening. They were due to carry out a boiler serviced 3/4 days later and fix the pressure at the same time but they never showed up. I have had to rectify the pressure myself as they did not go round the house and look at each radiator. Wouldn't use again
