Horrible experience and very dishonest plumber He doesn't deserve even one star. I have an issue with underfloor heating . Dan introduced himself as a specialist . I discovered later, he has no clue about UFH but he jumped on the job to hunt it and get any money . He asked for £80 to come & check although he has no idea how to deal with our system then he estimated the cost of £900 to get some parts. I was shocked of how much he is dishonest, carless, greedy and unprofessional. Don’t think about hiring him

What a nightmare! You could be forgiven for thinking removal and refitting of toilet mean they will refit back with no leaks. Not only did they leave me with a leaking bathroom for a week with damage to my walls and ceiling, they then wanted to charge me £150 labour to fix by replacing a valve!! I wish this review gave me the option to add pictures so you can see the extent of the damage and bad job they did. Small positive was that the tiling itself was mostly ok but will NOT use again!

This firm sub contracted out the work to a local plumber/carpenter who I found difficult to contact. I needed a new shower as he said he couldn`t repair it. I selected the cheapest one as I am upgrading my bathroom later this year. He couldn`t get it straight away so I selected a dearer one which he fitted. He then told me he was going away the next day. If I hadn`t selected the dearer one I would still be waiting! There is some moisture leaking but I really don`t want him again so I`ll wait and see.

I had a slow dripping stopcock, quite hard to access. Louis gave me a clear price over the phone, arrived with his assistant, checked it out and left to get a new tap, while I went out. When I returned he'd got the part, fitted it, and everything was tidy. The price was as quoted, with no surprises such as VAT added. They were efficient and professional.
