We had great experience with Tony for another job so gave him a new job of installing 2 new taps and a new en-suite. He was very responsive until we paid the deposit and turned up to do the job 5 weeks after the initial scheduled date. We found tap leaks right after the job. He turned up twice to fix but unable to do so. We reached out again but he didn’t respond. Our opinion is that either the materials he ordered are of poor quality or he’s just can’t fix a tap leak.

Martyn came out just to have a look at my toilet. He went above and beyond for me. Not only did he check my toilet which he was very thorough he also took away my old sealing from around my bath and renewed it all. And also done the same with my toilet. Jobs I did not ask him to do. Very nice person reasonable priced and would highly recommend. I will be asking Martyn back out again if I need anything else done.
