Excellent work from Heating Homes replacing two heavy duty oil boilers in an external boiler house. David and Robert (the principals) were good to deal with at the quotation stage, came up with a fair price, and oversaw the project to completion on time and as quoted. Luke, who did most of the work, was amazingly tidy, working late to get the system running before Christmas and returned on a Sunday evening to deal with a small problem which had unexpectedly developed. Very professional all round.

The decking is sagging and moves every time you walk on it which we have to do to get out of the garden. The step also rocks when walked upon. The wood was left cracked in areas and there are some miss cuts. The concrete was undertaken during torrential rain and has resulted in constant dusting being trailed onto the decking and subsequently into the house. The concrete ran down the length of the driveway and cannot be removed. Phoned to complain 3 weeks ago and heard nothing further.

Whilst removing a bathroom the ceiling collapsed, they ruptured a water pipe damaging new kitchen although it was repaired.They have failed to replace the new sink which they cracked, left spotlights unfinished in bedroom, loft access and fireplace hearth unfinished. Martin has apparently been a project manager but his time management is appalling.
