Rhodes builders were 1 of 10 companies who quoted on our extension. Josh was only 1 of 2 that we considered giving the job too. The other was similar on price, the other 7 or 8 either didn't provide prices, didn't bring a tape measure or simply didn't follow up when they said that they would. Josh was reliable, arrived on time, when he said he would & from the first day to the last did everything that he said he would. A small company, Josh had 3 other people working with him. Ben is a highly competent and reliable builder. He completed our kitchen/garage conversion and bathroom work efficiently and to a great standard. Ours was a complex job with many different components all of which Ben tackled with no complaints, routinely offering practical solutions to any issues that arose which enabled us to retain our look and feel while keeping to budget. With us for nearly 7 weeks, Ben was very friendly at all times and we felt totally happy leaving him alone with keys to the house.
So I’ve been in the plumbing industry for around 10 years and do a vast majority of work including - First fixing Second fixing - Baths Showers Shower screens toilets Basin Vanity units And all other sanitary -I install boilers from combi boilers to heat only boilers -Vented cylinders to unvented cylinders -Bathroom installs from small ones to large ones . -ASHP Gas safe member G3 unvented cylinder certificate We also undertake a lot of bigger projects including HMOs , dental practise refurbishments, and also most recently we have just built a block of 14 flats.
I have been fitting and supplying carpet & vinyl etc since 1986 so if its experience you want I'm your man. I'm friendly,trustworthy and very reliable. I work with all types of carpet vinyl & laminate,no job too big or too small.
