Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. I was assured that there had been weed control membrane put down under all of my non grass area. However, weeds are appearing in all areas now so it is clear that no membrane was put down. My hedge remains in a terrible state. I would definitely not recommend this firm. I have no idea how they ever appeared on Rated People and hopefully they will be removed before someone else falls foul of their terrible service.
