Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Had my main bathroom redesigned and installed. The workmanship throughout was 1st class and all of the tradesmen were hardworking polite and willing to go the extra mile. When a small problem came up Cameron and Jack were quick to react and had it sorted in no time. The price that was quoted was the price invoiced, there were no little extras added on. Would thoroughly recommend C&J Plumbing and heating solutions.

Very good contact with Alan. Very happy to provide advice in regard to window style and colours. Windows was done in 2 days and neat. Only a small issue due to the supplier sending wrong wrong-sized window, but not related to the company - in the meantime, my bathroom window was secured. I will be finishing the rest of my house windows with Alan in the near future and can recommend the company.

The job was a complete en-suite shower room renovation. The existing fixtures and fittings were removed and a complete new suite installed. This requires alterations to one of the walls to increase the size of the room, and plasterwork in the en-suite and adjoining room. The wall and floor were completely tiled and new lighting, shower, basin and WC were fitted. The reason that Wayne got the job was that he appeared very professional from the outset. He arrived right on time, was knowledgeable, willing to provide ideas and provided a detailed written quote and work schedule. He allowed me the option of choosing my own materials, which he would then purchase for me to save me any hassle. He dealt with the suppliers and took delivery of the goods. One other confidence booster is the fact that he didn't take a penny until the job was complete and I was completely satisfied. Once the job began, minor changes to the specification weren't a problem. Wayne accepted changes, and provided verbal cost updates if the change had a cost impact. I would have to say that he is more than fair in terms of the additional cost of his labour and didn't take a mark-up on materials. Throughout the job he was very punctual, and his work ethic was exceptional. He obviously takes great pride in what he does, and it shows in the finished product. I would certainly recommend Wayne.

George came round to our house on time and wrote a very comprehesive report as requested. He examined our faulty windows with care and with attention to detail and he also pointed out many other faults that we had not noticed. His report will form the basis of our claim against the window company that made a mess of fitting the new windows and I would highly recommend his services.
