Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Alex and his Team at Kent Specialist Groundworks and Construction did a fantastic job with my back garden patio. I ended up doing the walkway to the garden. Very competitive costs as well. Alex and his team threw a few extras for me doing my fence posts and tidying the rest of the place. I am beyond impressed with the workmanship. AVOID Adil is a smooth talker who hasn't got a clue about work in the industry. Employed to refurbish a full house. A SUMMARY of issues follows. 1 - Plastering done is uneven. 2 - Did not allow plaster to dry before painting walls so already peeling off. 3 - Found number of areas where holes had been left, and had these not been pointed out would have been left. 4 - Wood not sanded before painting, incl. new skirting boards. 5 - Threats when I refused to pay!

I hired Prestige Coastal construction to install a new kitchen, and unfortunately, I was disappointed with the results. The fitter left the job incomplete, with countertops and fixtures partially installed, and didn't return to finish the work. I have been left without a sink and and the washing machine unconnected. The entire experience has been frustrating and unprofessional. I now have to hire someone else to complete and fix their unfinished work, adding extra expense and stress. I would not recommend.
