Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Hi , I'm Mark, from MS Interiors. I've been working in the building industry for over 35 years! On leaving school ,I went into a bricklaying apprenticeship, but after three English winter's I decided to find a trade indoors so I got a job on the council, working for Woolwich, Bexley, and then Meadway, where I learned all the skills needed to renovate house, fitting kitchens, bathrooms, hanging doors, plastering, etc. Then came contracts with MFI, Wickes, and B&Q, where I stayed for five years and fitted 200 kitchens and bathrooms! I've worked for local kitchen and bathroom companies and have been working independently on my own now for the last three years doing small renovation work, like building rooms in corners of bedrooms to give the client a enuit , decorating, internal wall removal, flooring , building wardrobes/cabinets / madia walls etc , but predominantly bathrooms!! I really couldn't put a figure on how many bathrooms I've fitted in my working life but it would be in the region of 350 , so I do feel confident in my knowledge and skills as a fitter . I pride myself on my tiling, always trying to strive for perfection as this is what the client sees ! Not that I cut corners anywhere else, using only copper pipe and fittings, and no push fit fittings because that is not plumbing, in my opinion! Many thanks for your time. Mark.

AVOID Adil is a smooth talker who hasn't got a clue about work in the industry. Employed to refurbish a full house. A SUMMARY of issues follows. 1 - Plastering done is uneven. 2 - Did not allow plaster to dry before painting walls so already peeling off. 3 - Found number of areas where holes had been left, and had these not been pointed out would have been left. 4 - Wood not sanded before painting, incl. new skirting boards. 5 - Threats when I refused to pay!

The previous review was done under duress with Billy standing over me. The truth is, he disappears for considerable lengths of time (days), leaves equipment behind so you can't hire anyone else, switches his phone off so you can't contact him during this time and has the attitude of a bully. He removed our toilet to fix a blocked pipe but then left it so it wasn't fixed back to the floor properly and moved around, when we were in the process of selling our flat, with surveyors coming round. Not recommended.

Nicolae was great to work with, very accommodating, quick and unphased by bad weather. Did an excellent job with the blockwork at a good price and a good job with the plastering, which was little bit more expensive, but worth the assurance of having the same person do both jobs.
