Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Jon said he would be on site 0800 Tuesday and that the job would take two days. I wait in for him, he then advises at 08:47 on that he wont be there but promises to be there 0800 Wednesday. Arrives 09:45 Wednesday. I arranged access for him and was at work on Thursday and didn’t realise until he messaged me at 15:24 that he hasn’t turned into work again, can he come back on Saturday. Messages at 05:28 on Saturday saying he can’t come in but can do tomorrow (Sunday). Messed us around. Won’t use again.

Over time I have carried out all sorts of work over the past few years from Setting out a site, Groundworks, Blockwork, Construction, Timber work/studding, Plaster boarding, Fitting kitchens and Bathroom, as well as Wooden Flooring and Tiling, and of course decorating. I leave plumbing, electrical work and plastering to the trades ( and have good contacts ) – but I have a good eye for detail but enjoy fitting kitchens, bathrooms, doors, skirting, and painting.

The subtext in his response, Sheridan openly accepts he didn�t complete the work but that�s okay because in his view it wasn�t essential. So if you want an amateur that quotes for and accepts a job, can�t stick to deadlines or manage the trades he uses to deliver to the estimated amount and after all of that decides what is and isn�t important, Shez is your man!! Otherwise avoid.

Unfortunately I can't leave no stars ad that is all this so called building company deserves.They are also unable to tell the truth in their response to Our review.No it wasn't a 3mm drop, when he went back to b+q to get more products to further his bodge up My Wife measured the drop(he claimed at the time it was 5mm.can't even remember his own lies)The drop was 13 mm.Ues He came back and had a 2nd attempt to rectify the bodged job,making an even worse mess.By this time We were both sick to death of him

Alex did an excellent job removing an old radiator and installing a new vertical radiator in a slightly different position on the wall. He was very diligent, the work to do the pipe chasing got quite dusty, but he kept everything very clean and in good order. Would definitely recommend and use again if I need to

AVOID! Jon seemed done good job at the time. He also charging high as positions him as highly experienced professional. 18 months after the roof leaked and Pompelli didn't assume any responsibility and declared that he give only 12 moths guaranty. Council building control failed his installation due incorrect insulation installed and created moist being trapped under roof, room became dump, channeled electrical cables and cut beams, that led to ceiling drop by 4 inches. We had to hire a real builder to fix!
