They came and quoted, and provided a clear statement of work on what we agreed. They completed the work quickly. Turned up when they said they would, and if they couldn't, they let me know. Bujar was very prompt in response to my initial posting, calling to assess the job within a day and then confirming a start date for the work. He and his team did an excellent job on the hall tiling and also managing the cloakroom plumbing ( moving a sink and toilet) to complete the tiling here.
