Don't hire - he quotes price (that then increases once he's started work), doesn't show up for weeks on end - despite promises to come, Then, after payment, disappears and ghosts the customer leaving the job unfinished - AVOID!
Darren provided practical solutions to an unusual build, and a proper estimate. As the work was about to start the spec' changed a few times, and Darren was helpful with that. We agreed a new price and signed a straightforward agreement. Security was never an issue - we had no issue with giving Darren keys and access. He turned up when he said he would and always went through the issues of the day and the progress of the day on site and on the phone. The project has worked out really well, and it has been a very good working relationship. We have no hesitation in recommending Darren - he was helpful throughout, including managing the occassional curved ball. He runs work from a joinery led perspective, and has a wide range of understanding about the other trades and what should happen when. A pleasure to work with!

Jason was such a polte nice fella as were all the different tradesmen that came and did my bedroom but Jason was the person i had most dealings with. I gave them a blank canvas to work with and gave them just a few instructions so it was all there idea what they did and i have got to say what a great job they did. The work was all done to a high standard and they cleaned up everyday at the end of shift. The price was good and i must say would highly recommend them to anyone.

Paul and his guys took down a dividing wall, fitted steel, fitted new ceilings and plastered, along with electrical re-wiring and fitting a new Howden's kitchen for us. This company contacted me after my request for a quote. We discussed all the details and they were helpful at first. They promised to provide a quote the next day or two but 3 weeks later and I am still waiting. Even after they read my whats app messages they dont reply. It is basic respect to reply when a customer is chasing a 3 week old request. Don't bother with them they waste your time. I cant give no stars but they deserve it. IF they cannot find time to do a quote they shouldn't chase more work.
