Disappointing Experience The initial response was quick, but the job description and photos weren't thoroughly reviewed. Although the job was completed, the leak returned within days. Despite attempts, there's been no response to finish the job. We'll now have to pay another company, meaning our initial payment was wasted.

The removal of the chimney was straight forward with the team working harmoniously. The roofing subcontractors followed and the job was completed to full satisfaction in a couple of days with any queries speedily and happily resolved through Tom and his team. Having work done is never 'stress free' (and roofers oft get a bad press) but Baileys Roofing deserve much praise for their work and their strong commitment to giving customer satisfaction.
