Hi My name is Steve and I am a time served joiner. I have been working in the building trade since I was 16. I do all kinds of building and joinery work I specialise in fitting kitchens and upvc windows and doors. I fitt kitchens for Howdens/ wren and other major retailers. This year I have started doing sips extensions. These are structural integrated panels. These timber framed building can usually be done in just 4 weeks from start to finish. Chris contacted my very quickly. he come to quote the work that evening. id had 2 other quotes but although he charged a little more than one of them he seemed the most professional and gave a 6month guarantee on his work. i was very happy with the work and he tidied up after. i would definitely use him again.

I had this roof replaced in February and it has failed already. The company I used was via Rated people. Not sure why I used this app again, given my experience, but I did. Gus has replaced this and my other flat roof. He carried out the job promptly and cleared up completely. So far, I think he has done a great job. The leaks have stopped. Assuming the roof doesn't fail again, I would recommend Gus without hesitation. I will return to update my review in a year's time when I hope there will be no problems

Didn't give the Job to Gareth, however this was not a reflection on anything about Gareth. He was prompt polite and knowledgeable, it just came down to me needing the bottom price even though Gareth's quote was very competitive. I had to go with the cheapest for me.

We spoke to a few firms about re-roofing our house, and whilst Lovatt's weren't the cheapest, we felt comfortable with hiring them. The work was finished to a very high standard, they were highl,y communicative throughout, keeping us up to date with any issues, and they were extremely professional, cleaning up after themselves as they went. The job overran slightly, as we experienced really bad weather for a week or so, but I can have no fault with them or their work. Highly recommended!
