I was very impressed by SmartGlaze. The gent from the company came very quickly and clearly knew his stuff, being an engineer myself there was no room for flannel. He explained everything ,showed me a sample of the product and offered good price. The surveyor and the fitters were excellent. They did a superb job and left no mess behind. Jim and Sam replaced our fence perimeter around our house and added a shed base at the back. They did a great job. It was not an easy job but they took their time to make sure they got it just right. Steves team of Ryan Graham Paddy & Dave were a pleasure to deal with and the workmanship was of the highest standard. They were considerate at all times and were very clean workers. My wife said they helped here get through lockdown. absolutely no hesitation in reccommending them.

It’s unfortunate that I need to give them a poor rating , first instance absolutely great service , however since install the window hasn’t been weighted properly having been told it is . Having to tape it shut says otherwise. Second problem the weight is stuck in the box so now the window doesn’t function. Third issue the window leaks ! It’s hasn’t been sealed properly. Contacted numerous times but had no luck with trying to rectify these issues. No reply after many attempts. Disappointed
