Although personable, he did an appalling job and left the poor lady with raw sewage leaking and a dreadful smell. She was very distressed for months and it cost over £1800 to put the work right. Contracted to fit a double window, workmanship isn't great and after months of chasing they still have not supplied a FENSA certificate as stated. I'm now looking into getting the work reviewed by a third party and seeking damages for any remedial works.

He takes pride in what he does, and his attention to, and the care he takes with the smallest details, are not seen so often these days.
