Marius was outstanding in every respect. We recently bought a house that had engineered oak wood flooring that has been stained in a dark tone. Marius sanded back the floor to the original oak finish across the whole of the downstairs. It completely transformed the floor, was meticulously sanded and beautifully finished. We recently had our subfloor replaced and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. The carpenter was friendly, professional, and clearly very skilled. He took the time to explain what needed to be done and made sure the work was carried out to a high standard. The new subfloor is solid, level, and has made a huge difference to the room. I must also commend Marc on how he has handled issues with our kitchen supplier B&Q which were unrelated to him he has been very flexible to work with us when we encountered unexpected issues during and after the kitchen fitting. Marc has waited patiently despite B&Q supplying the wrong product on numerous occasions. After his second visit to complete, the wrong product had been sent. We offered to pay Marc his final 10%, as through no fault of his he was unable to finish, but refused to accept it.
