Very pleased with newly installed sliding patio doors. The 2 gentlemen who installed it, were polite,friendly and helpful. They left the area clean and tidy. There was a slight problem with the lock, and they duly reported it to Louis Harbison. He came today to replace it but the barrel of the lock seems ok now. He is keeping the replacement barrel in case I have any more trouble. I would recommend this company for any work to be done

We engaged Simon and his team to remove a supporting wall, thus opening up the kitchen into the dining room. From the start, Simon was knowledgeable and offered helpful insight. We were provided with a detailed and fair quote. Work was planned at a time to suit us, and was completed to a good standard and on time. Communication throughout the project was excellent. I booked the gardener to come, didn't turn up, didn't answer phone, didn't respond to messages, terrible service, avoid! Update: eventually responded to my calls and messages an hour after he was supposed to be on the job. He said he had an emergency and would let me know an alternative date. That was three days ago. I get that people have emergencies, but I shouldn't have to chase for communications when Ive booked a service and been stood up. Not professional at all.

Hired Ian to Build a single story extension and install new kitchen and downstairs shower room . Crew were very pleasant and very helpful in planning the the job ahead of them. Very pleased with the work carried out looks amazing Having to put up with an awkward neighbor didn't deter them from doing and completing the job. The price put in was very reasonable. When the work was ongoing the area was always left clean and as tidy as possible . I would recommend Ian 100% , and would use him again.
