Main task of laying wood was top class. Reasons for the mixed review: - As part of cost, was promised beading that would colour match the wood, but he turned up with different colour beading and it was left to me to varnish it - door needed to be trimmed because the wooden floor was at a raised height - was cut incorrectly. He promised to return and fix the door and lay a bridge to the carpeted hallway if I paid him in full which I did. Despite me following up, he never returned which I find dishonest.

We told Pedro what we wanted and he did some CGI images for us, we chatted on the phone about stuff and also things we liked. His attention to detail was brilliant, he worked quickly and kept us up to date with the projects development with pictures. Nothing was too much trouble, and we couldn't be happier with the completed job. In fact we have divided this project in two, phase one is now done and we will start phase two early next year. Marius was outstanding in every respect. We recently bought a house that had engineered oak wood flooring that has been stained in a dark tone. Marius sanded back the floor to the original oak finish across the whole of the downstairs. It completely transformed the floor, was meticulously sanded and beautifully finished. Marius was thorough, professional and an expert at his trade. He was easy, pleasant to have around and explained the whole process from the start. He delivered on time and was great value.

We recently had our flat roof replaced by Citywide Roofing and have been very pleased with the work. Dan and his team were friendly, hardworking and a pleasure to have around. The work was completed to a high standard and the site was left clean and tidy. After the work was completed, we asked if the gutter flow could be adjusted slightly. Dan came back promptly in a good-natured, helpful way. To me, that speaks volumes about the confidence he has in his work and his willingness to stand behind it.
