Andre and team did a great job with the shed /summerhouse construction, and were very accommodating with the request to build it at short notice ( (within 5 days) and alter the layout of the building to meet our requirements. Also were very friendly and professional. Reasonably priced too. Would recommend.

We told Pedro what we wanted and he did some CGI images for us, we chatted on the phone about stuff and also things we liked. His attention to detail was brilliant, he worked quickly and kept us up to date with the projects development with pictures. Nothing was too much trouble, and we couldn't be happier with the completed job. In fact we have divided this project in two, phase one is now done and we will start phase two early next year. Mixed experience. I've never had anyone work on my house who shows such a lack of respect for my property. Despite being asked 3 times to be careful and to cover plants, etc, our garden was trampled and rubbish, including nails, scattered everywhere. We had to spend several hours clearing up after they had finished. This attitude showed up in the work too, some of which needed redoing. End result is OK; I still think it could have been neater

I can honestly say that Kyle and his team at Future Construction were exceptional in every regard. We had experienced difficulties with a builder prior to Kyle but he proved to be reliable, hardworking and committed to completing our house renovation, a substantial project, on time, within the restrictions of our budget. Kyle, who is very creative designed an extra room within the upstairs , which delighted us.. He is a superb workman and crafts man and his team are brilliant.

Main task of laying wood was top class. Reasons for the mixed review: - As part of cost, was promised beading that would colour match the wood, but he turned up with different colour beading and it was left to me to varnish it - door needed to be trimmed because the wooden floor was at a raised height - was cut incorrectly. He promised to return and fix the door and lay a bridge to the carpeted hallway if I paid him in full which I did. Despite me following up, he never returned which I find dishonest.

Hi , I'm Mark, from MS Interiors. I've been working in the building industry for over 35 years! On leaving school ,I went into a bricklaying apprenticeship, but after three English winter's I decided to find a trade indoors so I got a job on the council, working for Woolwich, Bexley, and then Meadway, where I learned all the skills needed to renovate house, fitting kitchens, bathrooms, hanging doors, plastering, etc. Then came contracts with MFI, Wickes, and B&Q, where I stayed for five years and fitted 200 kitchens and bathrooms! I've worked for local kitchen and bathroom companies and have been working independently on my own now for the last three years doing small renovation work, like building rooms in corners of bedrooms to give the client a enuit , decorating, internal wall removal, flooring , building wardrobes/cabinets / madia walls etc , but predominantly bathrooms!! I really couldn't put a figure on how many bathrooms I've fitted in my working life but it would be in the region of 350 , so I do feel confident in my knowledge and skills as a fitter . I pride myself on my tiling, always trying to strive for perfection as this is what the client sees ! Not that I cut corners anywhere else, using only copper pipe and fittings, and no push fit fittings because that is not plumbing, in my opinion! Many thanks for your time. Mark.
