I had a lot of work done today - curtain rails put up, a rather drastic painting and filling in job to be done in the main room where an old fashioned radiator had been taken out, etc. The painting job was of real concern to me as this is a newly refurbished flat with no clue left as to what shade was used on the walls, but the match is faultless. I unhesitatingly recommend PS Building and Decorating, you honestly would have to search very hard to find a comparable standard of work. I

I can honestly say that Kyle and his team at Future Construction were exceptional in every regard. We had experienced difficulties with a builder prior to Kyle but he proved to be reliable, hardworking and committed to completing our house renovation, a substantial project, on time, within the restrictions of our budget. Mick came to install an electronic cat flap which involved programming-in our cat's ID chip. He did a thorough job in setting up all the electrics and installing the cat flap perfectly, taking extra trouble to make it look neat and secure. He even set off down the garden wearing gardening gloves and with a towel to catch the very irascible cat! I would definitely employ Mick again -a very pleasant and competent young man.

Work was completed quickly & professionally with the minimum of fuss, my insurance companies surveyor later assessed the work as good and agreed that the pricing was right for the work . I would use Bill again - in fact I will be asking him for a couple of quotes for other work.
