Lee and his crew have been excellent from start to finish. Lee was flexible and was able to fit in around us as we are having lots of work done. Admin terrible, missed first appointment. Made excuses and eventually arrived about 3 weeks late. Covid-19 was the excuse offered for missing second appointment. I had to give source for concrete posts. They worked hard, but the standard of their work is not great when it comes to cutting panels to fit non standard gaps. They are very pleasant on site, but once I paid them in full, bad mistake, they have not replied to my email requesting that they correct problems. It will be simpler to do it myself.

We are really pleased with our newly tiled living room floor. Ryan was very thorough with the setting out, and checked we were happy with the tile pattern and the alignment of the cuts before starting. All the cuts are flawless and the grouting and finishing is really good. All rubble was removed and the working area was well cleaned on completion. Overall we are very pleased with the work, and would recommend.
