Miroslaw is an exceptionally good builder. He installed a team in my house within about a week, they worked incredibly hard (and cleaned up nightly) and delivered top-notch work. He's totally reasonable about the quote, we added a few things on as we went with a quick agreement about the price change - none of the headaches that you normally have with builders. His references were glowing (I spoke with 2 former customers), I don't think anyone has a bad word to say about him. thank you Miroslaw.

We are very pleased with the work that was done. There was a quick response to the job that day via a telephone call. An appointment was scheduled for a couple of days later and the work was started early that day & completed that same day. The workers were on time, polite, knowledgeable and proficient. They promised to make a visit a week later to remove the supportive structure and did exactly so yesterday. I am very pleased with the work and their professionalism.. i highly recommend them. Ernest did a brilliant job in a basement bedroom where water had come in under the wooden floor because of poor damp proofing around the foot of the lightwell outside. About 25% of the floor areaway affected. He removed this deftly and installed new boards he had sourced. The match is really good. He is every bit as good as his CV suggests.
