It’s unfortunate that I need to give them a poor rating , first instance absolutely great service , however since install the window hasn’t been weighted properly having been told it is . Having to tape it shut says otherwise. Second problem the weight is stuck in the box so now the window doesn’t function. Third issue the window leaks ! It’s hasn’t been sealed properly. Contacted numerous times but had no luck with trying to rectify these issues. No reply after many attempts. Disappointed

Reece did a great job replacing an old flat roof on our house. When he came out to quote he explained everything that he thought should be done and took pictures/videos for us so that we could understand the issue. The work looks very thorough and he left everywhere neat and tidy when the work was finished.
