Very poor experience. Service fell well below professional standards. Lack of transparency around payments, including upfront requests without invoices and charges for materials not provided. Work was incomplete, rushed, and of poor quality, with multiple defects. Property left messy with damage and waste. Communication and accountability were poor, with no follow-up after payment. Intimidating pressure to pay before issues were resolved. Would not recommend.

We had a few jobs that needed doing which had built up - painting, wallpapering, clearing/sealing the block paving, fitting a shower screen etc. Bill was great - he came and priced up and was able to get on with the works quickly. He was punctual, tidy and did everything we had asked him to. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

I would absolutely recommend R Malone Joinery for the work he did on two wardrobes. We booked with him in June and he did all the work in three days in November. He knocked out the walls and replaced them with a built in wardrobe, and also at our request, built in the existing furniture we had in the room. We've never had so much space! Rob was friendly to us all including answering all the questions from our 6 year old whilst socially distancing. Plus he left with no mess

I do most jobs from small jobs like laminate flooring all the way upto 2 storey extensions. For the larger jobs I have a reliable team of builders including electricians, plumbers and bricklayers. Done the job ok, but took 1.5 hours to complete a 45 minute job! Shockley cost me £300 to have a hob installed with most of the existing pipe work used.

Dorj was incredible. He took on board what we wanted, worked really hard, did an incredible job of our bathroom and fixed some little issues we had afterwards. He's currently completing our kitchen and fireplace and we wouldn't hesitate to have him back.
