Experienced builder NEW TO RATED PEOPLE ???? Hi everyone. I’m Mitch, I’ve been in the trade since leaving school. I am a general builder that specialises in timber work. I do most jobs from small jobs like laminate flooring all the way upto 2 storey extensions. For the larger jobs I have a reliable team of builders including electricians, plumbers and bricklayers. We are happy to quote anything, bespoke is my passion. If you can’t get someone to build it, we can! Please feel free to browse photos of my work, I will try upload a little bit of everything. Lee and his crew have been excellent from start to finish. Lee was flexible and was able to fit in around us as we are having lots of work done. From a clean job and getting rid of all waste the job was carried out quickly and efficiently. We are very pleased with the job and intend to have lee back to do more work in the new year. C&W building did a terrific job of installing a downstairs cloakroom for me. Wayne and his assistants were extremely professional but also polite and friendly. They always turned up when expected and endeavoured to carry out the work with the least disruption possible.

Called within 10 minutes of my posting the job. Arrived one hour later to talk and look at job required. Agreed to terms. Arrived back two hours later with replacement doors. Fitted completely within four hours. Excellent work, friendly duo. Would use again and recommend to others.

New staircase install. Nice guy but not very reliable. Timeframes always missed, never turned up on days was supposed to. Even didn’t turn up entirely on another job without any explanation. Wouldn’t recommend.
