Morgan and Mike contacted me on the day of posting my job, visited that same afternoon and sent me an itemised quote that evening. They understood that the job was urgent and turned up on the appointed day, at the appointed time. Both my wife and I found they were happy to explain their work and to give us options. The work was neat, efficient and just what we needed. We will definitely use them again and would be happy to recommend them. Very pleased.

Great to deal with, works to find solutions and provides regular updates on progress. Although we encountered unforeseen circumstances during our refurbishment work TF managed the situation well and helped us to get to the right solution whilst keeping costs under control. The personalised service provided by TF (Build block) makes all the difference. Honestly felt as though our interests were always a priority, and TF was working / managing the work to ensure we got what we wanted. Absolutely recommended !

Paul replaced the windows and a door in my 2 story garage. He turned up when he said he would , did the work professionally and left the area clean and tidy. When I asked for a bit of extra work (repainting the fascia board) he called round to check the site, and arranged for a colleague to do this. Price very competitive compared to the big companies.

Keith is excellent. Couldn't recommend him enough. Very creative too as he had a difficult job here with us and really worked hard to give us the best result and finish. Keith also fixed many other jobs around our house and is booked to come back to do more. Really recommend him. Don't look anywhere else. Ruth.

James did a fantastic job fitting our new doors, very professional, friendly and approachable. Would definitely recommend. The doors look great, a big improvement on what was there before, and our house was vacuumed afterwards leaving it in a clean and tidy state. Thankyou very much!

I would like to praise John on the electrical work carried out at my house. John is very professional & finished the job to a high standard. John is very keen to do a good job & works very hard to make sure he delivers a quality finish. He is friendly, helpful and positive. The windows company was very quick, the staff contacted me, came to look at it, and then took it to its office, they fixed it and came to install it, and was brilliant, took him 3hrs, compared to the company that kept me “dancing” for 3weeks…..
