This was a large refurbishment job including structural work, quality carpentry, kitchen installation and final decoration and finishing. JSR Construction provided good advice, pragmatic solutions to problems as they arose, as they inevitably do on such jobs and did a great job overall. Thoroughly recommended.

James and Andy provided excellent advice and did a great job. The job revealed some extra work was needed but the changes were all discussed and agreed without pressure before being implemented and James was able to bring in extra team members whilst on site so the work was completed in a timely fashion. All of the team were personable and a pleasure to have on site.

Keith and team did an excellent job replacing a rotten window sill and repairing some rot in the window frame. From minute one Keith had a “Can-do” attitude and was confident a high quality repair would be possible when many others before immediately said the entire window needed replaced. Despite knowing the extreme urgency from day one—and being reminded constantly—he left a basic door replacement unfinished for over 10 days! His complete disregard for commitments, endless no-shows, and excuses left tenants without basic security, forcing a tenant to move out. What little work he did was crooked cuts, no trim, poor installation of fire elements. The doors he brought were also of lower quality. Poor skill and no respect for the job promised.
