Amazing service From Alen and his team. His quote beat the competition by far, but without any compromise on the windows. We were only planning to have new wooden double glazed windows for the front of the house, but were actually able to have new windows for the whole house. Alen also made suggestions which we had not thought about. He said we would have beautiful new windows and he has delivered. Clean, polite and kept informed throughout the process. He come when he said he would come. He finished the job as when he said he would finish the job, he was very kind very friendly and the Work was very reasonably priced. Very pleased with newly installed sliding patio doors. The 2 gentlemen who installed it, were polite,friendly and helpful. They left the area clean and tidy. There was a slight problem with the lock, and they duly reported it to Louis Harbison. He came today to replace it but the barrel of the lock seems ok now. He is keeping the replacement barrel in case I have any more trouble. I would recommend this company for any work to be done

It’s unfortunate that I need to give them a poor rating , first instance absolutely great service , however since install the window hasn’t been weighted properly having been told it is . Having to tape it shut says otherwise. Second problem the weight is stuck in the box so now the window doesn’t function. Third issue the window leaks ! It’s hasn’t been sealed properly. Contacted numerous times but had no luck with trying to rectify these issues. No reply after many attempts. Disappointed

John did do a good job when he decided to turn up. However, he was not reliable and would always ask for money upfront..Also , he never came back to finish the job, even though he was paid to.

Guy rang up and arranged a time and date to survey and quote. Waited for over an hour. Rang him twice then gave up, so rang him a third time and told him not to bother. Wasted my time which I took off of work.

He quoted £100,000 to do the job in 6 weeks & promised it would be stress free, At 12 weeks in He was told I no longer wanted him to complete the job as I received an electric shock from a socket that was left as a bare cable protruding from the wall. He blamed everybody else then fired the only two decent builders as he held them responsible. Even though I had paid the third stage payment a day previous, I was too distressed and my health was declining due to the anxiety and stress he had caused. Avoid!!
