Simple job turned out to be not so simple. Turned up exactly when he said he would, did a good job, including taking on the extra degree of difficulty we had not foreseen. After he visited the property to give us a quote, we contacted him again for an urgent job. He agreed to fix it, but while waiting for him to arrive and do the job, we could not reach him again. We have tried to call and send messages, but there has been no response. He also blocked me on WhatsApp for no reason.
