Came the same day as i posted the job and was very helpful. Payment was not wanted until i was completely satisfied with the work. The job was started next day and at the end of the day the garden was left clean and tidy. Information and advice was given but no pressure was applied to do more than what was needed. Bespoke joinery to a high standard by a time served joiner with over 45 years experience.
Left me with a massive headache. Fitted oak cladding to stairs. Misaligned ballistrade, needs taking out. Many of the steps creak, quarterlanding creaks, (did not before). Joinery badly cut with no scribing. Damaged plaster where wood cut in situ. Left many holes in wall where handrail put up more than once because at wrong height. Removed a newel post, and joined ballustrade at 90 degrees - unsafe and against building regs. Left huge messes everywhere for us to clear up on several days. Took ages over the
