James did a fantastic job. He refitted an existing bathroom and created two new ensuites, and also built wardrobes and panelling in our hallway. He is reliable, trustworthy, friendly and his work is of great quality. I fully endorse and recommend him- he turns up as expected every day, communicates well and delivers brilliantly. We are quite happy for anyone to come and see his work .

The entrance door to my flat needed to be adjusted to meet fire regulations. I was really pleased with the result. Mani is a skilled man who worked with care and attention to detail. He made sure that the finish was good and thoroughly cleared up afterwards. He was also courteous and clearly explained what he was doing.

I commissioned Alec Gardner Builder to install an interior Bathroom on the strength of his previous work replacing a soil down pipe. He is such a skilled and talented builder with an acute attention to detail. He constructed an excellent bathroom where I wouldn't have thought it was possible.( He also re felted the roof of a geriatric and tricky shed) I have no hesitation in recommending him for building work.

The work itself was very good, and while on the job, they were quick, consistent and polite. Problems occurred with finishing off and a number of issues are still outstanding. There were mitigating circumstances - serious illness in the company - but communications with us have been erratic and we are left with a few outstanding issues that we have to deal with ourselves.

Couldn't rate this company highly enough, from the very first contact to the finished job. They quoted competitively and quickly , regular message updates throughout the process. The job was started and finished on the days stated and the house was left in a very tidy state . The tradesmen were all skilled and lovely to boot , they went above and beyond to help me out. I am delighted with the job and just need them to do the rest of my house now!!

Mark was very responsive and really helpful and informative when providing a quote for some underpinning and structural repair work. Would definitely recommend.
