My name is Akos, I am originally an architect but I have a company called Zebra Services here in the South of England including South London. Most flat roofs can be done in one single sheet with no need for any joins. The membrane has a life expectancy of 40+ years. Local to me (NorthLondon) and came and did the job (clearing a drainpipe and the climbing plant that was blocking it) within a couple of hours of my posting. They also did an inspection of nearby eaves and roof and pointed out a couple of things that were slowly falling into disrepair.
