Ben was originally due to visit the installation in order to provide an accurate quote but couldn't make the appointment so gave an acceptable quote without viewing the site. However, once I asked him when he could do the job, George stopped chatting. George has not responded to my email to him either.

Zero, if possible. Not sure if it’s truthful. I took 3 days off work - didn’t turn up on any day. Claimed death in family on third day so maybe unfair. Still; car broken on one day, need to go to doctors on third, then death on fourth. I’m 3 days out of pocket now! Told me all jobs on hold, who knows maybe my review will help someone.
