Had a quote for roof repair which included for 1 missing tile, re fitting existing tiles, repairing flashing and gutter cleaning did not accept quote. On advice from another roofer just had the one missing tile replaced since there was no evidence of any leaks inside the loft or 2nd floor ceilings.

Sergiu and his uncle were great. They made a beautiful job of our bathroom, incorporating all the ideas I had and making practical suggestions. Marek and Piotr (M&P Dream House) have just completed an extension project of my garden flat in London. This was a challenging project with complexities due to lack of side access, a big mature tree in the garden (deeper foundations) and shortage of building materials. M&P team overcame all the difficulties almost effortlessly! Everyone on their team had very good work ethic, polite and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

AVOID AT ALL COST and it is the right company. Don’t pay him or his partner Nick Moules any money. Nick will probably visit your home within a couple of hours of posting the job (making you feel confident that your job will be finished as quickly as you need it to be) send you links to the materials to be purchased, ask for deposit and then stop all forms of communication. They will quote +/- £20 to the other tradesmen. Should be banned on this site.

Alex did an excellent job removing an old radiator and installing a new vertical radiator in a slightly different position on the wall. He was very diligent, the work to do the pipe chasing got quite dusty, but he kept everything very clean and in good order. Would definitely recommend and use again if I need to
