The previous review was done under duress with Billy standing over me. The truth is, he disappears for considerable lengths of time (days), leaves equipment behind so you can't hire anyone else, switches his phone off so you can't contact him during this time and has the attitude of a bully. He removed our toilet to fix a blocked pipe but then left it so it wasn't fixed back to the floor properly and moved around, when we were in the process of selling our flat, with surveyors coming round. Not recommended.
Alex was excellent: reliable, skilled, and reasonably priced. He repaired my collapsing chimney and also fixed my neighbours’ chimneys, and we were all very happy with his work. He completed everything quickly and to a high standard. It’s reassuring to know he’s an all round builder I can rely on for future jobs.
