Kevin arrived promptly at the time we agreed. I simply cannot fault him at all, he was extremely polite, friendly and very meticulous towards his work. I would not hesitate to use him again and would gladly highly recommend him to any friends that needed any work undertaking. I am extremely happy with the quality of the finished work . Thankyou Kevin.... you were a joy to meet and many thanks for all the work you carried out.. Definitely a 5 star rating from me.

Lee - he’s a top guy who knows his stuff. Problem was diagnosed quickly and resolved immediately - no fuss! Price was fair. Would recommend without hesitation.
David
Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. We’ll definitely have Shah back for the next phase of our renovation when we’re ready!

Lee and Chloe were fantastic. They built a decking area for us which has transformed the garden. The quality of their work is excellent and their work ethic is superb. They offered great advice and ideas, which often saved us money. I would have no hesitation in recommending Lee and Chloe, lovely people, excellent quality work and great value.

Experienced builder NEW TO RATED PEOPLE ???? Hi everyone. I’m Mitch, I’ve been in the trade since leaving school. I am a general builder that specialises in timber work. I do most jobs from small jobs like laminate flooring all the way upto 2 storey extensions. For the larger jobs I have a reliable team of builders including electricians, plumbers and bricklayers. We are happy to quote anything, bespoke is my passion. If you can’t get someone to build it, we can! Please feel free to browse photos of my work, I will try upload a little bit of everything. If you don’t see a photo of a job your asking for, feel free to contact me and I’m sure I will be able to show you examples of my work in that area. Friendly team of lads aging between 18 and 66! We look forward to working with you. P.s as mention above we are new to rated trades and as such have decades of experience, thousands of builds under our belts but alas, no rating on here. Any and all feedback will be most welcome. Stay safe everyone and see you on the job!
Mitch did an amazing job would definitely employ him again

Guy rang up and arranged a time and date to survey and quote. Waited for over an hour. Rang him twice then gave up, so rang him a third time and told him not to bother. Wasted my time which I took off of work.
Hi, my name is Wojtek. I am from Poland and have been working in the construction industry for 20 years. I graduated from a construction school in Poland. I’ve been living in England for 11 years, where I’ve gained extensive knowledge of building materials, principles, and types of construction work. I mainly focus on general construction, but my specialty is complete bathroom renovations — from total demolition to final finishing (plastering, drywall installation, floor screeding, plumbing, minor electrical work, ceramic and porcelain tiling, bathroom installations, painting). I am also a professional in insulating external walls with polystyrene, mesh, and various types of plaster (mineral, acrylic, silicate). Similar to bathroom renovations, I am an expert in insulation as well. I have extensive experience in Poland and am gaining more practice in England, though this type of work is still less common here. So far, I have completed several full home renovations. As mentioned, I have no issues with painting (using a paint sprayer), plastering, radiator replacements or repositioning, minor electrical work (the only thing I don't do is laying carpets). Depending on the type and scale of the job, I can adjust the number of people needed to complete the project if necessary. Thanks to my vast experience, I can assist with any type of renovation and ensure it meets high standards. I guarantee full dedication to every project.
Hi, my name is Sheridan – new to Ratedpeople and would like to get more reviews. Friendly approach with clients to fulfil all their work. Involved in all aspects of building. We provide a quick turnaround on quotes at competitive rates. We always keep a clean and tidy site. Customer satisfaction is our main priority. Started in building Sept 2016. Previously a Production Engineer, but decided to change to a job that was more hands on with a good social connection. I chose building work – so I have a good balance of technical skills and practical skills gained over many year of working on Builds. My first two builds were complete builds from the ground up, so I had to seek out and get trades on-site to complete work I didn’t have the skills for. Over time I have carried out all sorts of work over the past few years from Setting out a site, Groundworks, Blockwork, Construction, Timber work/studding, Plaster boarding, Fitting kitchens and Bathroom, as well as Wooden Flooring and Tiling, and of course decorating. I leave plumbing, electrical work and plastering to the trades ( and have good contacts ) – but I have a good eye for detail but enjoy fitting kitchens, bathrooms, doors, skirting, and painting.
Interesting pattern with any review highlighting issues with Sheridans work. Its always the customer thats wrong. The subtext in his response, Sheridan openly accepts he didnt complete the work but thats okay because in his view it wasnt essential. So if you want an amateur that quotes for and accepts a job, cant stick to deadlines or manage the trades he uses to deliver to the estimated amount and after all of that decides what is and isnt important, Shez is your man!! Otherwise avoid.
Serving your local community with many domestic building projects , from bathrooms , kitchen installations , plastering , roofing and much more. Happy customers is are aim

I’ve been involved in plumbing since I was 14 years old. I grew up in a family where my parents owned a plumbing company, and that early experience shaped my passion for the trade. Over the years, I developed my skills, learned the industry inside out, and eventually decided to start my own company. Today, I specialise in a wide range of plumbing and heating services, including: • Boiler installation and replacement • Air conditioning installation • Heat pump systems • Underfloor heating • Complete plant rooms • Bathroom installations • Kitchen pre-plumbing • All general plumbing work and maintenance I take pride in providing high-quality workmanship, reliable service, and solutions you can trust. Whatever you need when it comes to plumbing or heating, I’m here to help.
Alex did an excellent job removing an old radiator and installing a new vertical radiator in a slightly different position on the wall. He was very diligent, the work to do the pipe chasing got quite dusty, but he kept everything very clean and in good order. Would definitely recommend and use again if I need to

AVOID! Jon seemed done good job at the time. He also charging high as positions him as highly experienced professional. 18 months after the roof leaked and Pompelli didn't assume any responsibility and declared that he give only 12 moths guaranty. Council building control failed his installation due incorrect insulation installed and created moist being trapped under roof, room became dump, channeled electrical cables and cut beams, that led to ceiling drop by 4 inches. We had to hire a real builder to fix!
