Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. Started off well then started disappearing off to other jobs (I am not local to the property) then carried out small painting touch up at another property. Tried to say he put 4 men into a terraced property, it’s just a days work for one person then tried to charge £1300!. Main job not completed and failed to turn up the Thursday because their car had been impounded as no insurance, refused to pay £1300 but asked for a fair price. They have now disappeared without completing what they have been paid to do

Jon said he would be on site 0800 Tuesday and that the job would take two days. I wait in for him, he then advises at 08:47 on that he wont be there but promises to be there 0800 Wednesday. Arrives 09:45 Wednesday. I arranged access for him and was at work on Thursday and didn’t realise until he messaged me at 15:24 that he hasn’t turned into work again, can he come back on Saturday. Messages at 05:28 on Saturday saying he can’t come in but can do tomorrow (Sunday). Messed us around. Won’t use again.
