I must also commend Marc on how he has handled issues with our kitchen supplier B&Q which were unrelated to him he has been very flexible to work with us when we encountered unexpected issues during and after the kitchen fitting. Marc has waited patiently despite B&Q supplying the wrong product on numerous occasions. After his second visit to complete, the wrong product had been sent. We offered to pay Marc his final 10%, as through no fault of his he was unable to finish, but refused to accept it.

We are a small local and friendly business, offering a wide range of services to complete most projects. Time needs to be spent working on preparation. The positioning (layout) of the tiles is very important. Tiling is all about aesthetics & balance. We, at times, have had to turn down jobs where customers want me to tile unstable or unsuitable surfaces. You will notice that VAT is not included in the pricing. So please do not ask for a VAT exempt price. VAT is paid on all materials purchased for the job. We will provide a breakdown of services offered. There should be no shocks when it comes to payment time.. Ask the tiler questions about the job you want completing.
