James was very honest and friendly from quote to completion. He explained everything that needed doing during the service of my gas stove fire and combi boiler; he showed me parts inside the boiler which had worn and needed replacing, requoted and returned a few days later with the required parts. He works with as little disruption as possible and is meticulous about leaving the area clean afterwards. I would highly recommend him and will most definitely be keeping his number for any future work

TTO completed a large kitchen renovation in our house. The standard that they have completed it to is fantastic. BE WARNED! OK plasterer, APPALLING BUILDER. Put rubber roof on when wet, so now roof is blistering/bubbling. Tried to use piece of aluminum and wood to hold up roof--told by builder inspector he needed lintel. Lied to us, ignored inspector & tried to carry on using aluminum. Tired to get us to pay for insulation included in the quote. Got angry when we asked him not to smoke in our house. Three weeks after said work would be done (and with no changes to original job), walked off job without work completed.

I was happy and paid as this plumber said he was coming back to fit some caps later in the week. Since, I have noticed the tap has been plumbed incorrectly hot to cold and vice versa, he did not return with the caps. I think he was just lying that what he wanted to fit was better because he forgot to put them on when fitting the shower and my sink isn’t attached to the wall securely. I have given him a couple of months now to put it right but he ignores my calls and texts.

Hired Ian to Build a single story extension and install new kitchen and downstairs shower room . Crew were very pleasant and very helpful in planning the the job ahead of them. Very pleased with the work carried out looks amazing Having to put up with an awkward neighbor didn't deter them from doing and completing the job. The price put in was very reasonable. When the work was ongoing the area was always left clean and as tidy as possible . I would recommend Ian 100% , and would use him again.

It would be ideal if i could leave pictures as to the stat of my home and the damage this contractor caused. i had to get ride of this contractor and find an alternative. This has cost me double what it should have as i had paid this contractor the majority of his invoice then had to employ another to correct the work. please check the users tax filing on company house (which have not been completed) and the fact they have been expelled from the federation of master builders. not recommended

Our mistake was not getting a number of quotes before instructing you to do the work. We will not make this mistake again.
