George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. I’m extremely happy with the carpet fitting service I received. The team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and paid great attention to detail. The carpet was fitted perfectly with smooth joins and neat edges throughout every room, and the stairs . They were professional, friendly, and made sure everything was cleaned and tidy before they left. It’s rare to find tradespeople who take such pride in their work, and it really shows in the final result. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking quality.

We agreed terms and price. Arrived, said they couldn't move everything at that price, so agreed what they could move for the pre-agreed price. Said they had finished but didn't move some garden waste bags because they were too heavy (weight was never a factor when I was quoted originally), but nevermind. Asked to swap the bags for something else lighter and they wouldn't after I was quoted for a full van load with space still in the van. The van arrived with some other items already in there by the way.
