Experienced builder NEW TO RATED PEOPLE ???? Hi everyone. I’m Mitch, I’ve been in the trade since leaving school. I am a general builder that specialises in timber work. I do most jobs from small jobs like laminate flooring all the way upto 2 storey extensions. For the larger jobs I have a reliable team of builders including electricians, plumbers and bricklayers. We are happy to quote anything, bespoke is my passion. If you can’t get someone to build it, we can! Please feel free to browse photos of my work, I will try upload a little bit of everything. What can one say it took a bit ( looking at the ratings I thought it might take a while as I them to be expected to busy ) But when they got to me they did an amazing job in only around 6 hours , completerly removed flat roof over bay window/ front door with all edgings ect, wonderful job. If I could add 10 stars, I would. Martyn,Russ and their team have done a First class job on my kitchen, at a reasonable all in price. All completed in about 10 working days. Martyn came and prices my job and I thought I had a good idea as to design, however his experience guided me to amendment that would enhance and improve the layout. A start date was agreed and right from the start everyone arrives on time and completed a FULL days work and no one left BEFORE the site was clean and swept. THANK YOU.

I'd give no stars if I could. I got a barely understandable text that came at gone midnight telling me he was coming to do my jobe at my home. That was his spelling. I have posted more than 1 job and not only was most of his text illegible but also incoherent. I don't know which jobe he was asking about, but given that, my jobe will go without being done.

Paul did a fantastic job, after another electrician had completely wrecked the conservatory floor, Paul levelled it, laid an underfloor heating system and screeded it all in 3 days. In future, I wouldn't look anywhere else. Five stars? Should be 6.

I recently hired Viorel to replace a ceiling beam in my rental kitchen, and I was thoroughly impressed with his work and professionalism. Viorel demonstrated excellent craftsmanship when tackling what turned out to be a more complex job than initially expected. During the ceiling beam replacement, he uncovered several additional issues that needed attention. Rather than simply ignoring these problems or hitting me with surprise costs, he took the time to explain each issue clearly and kept me updated.

The work itself was very good, and while on the job, they were quick, consistent and polite. Problems occurred with finishing off and a number of issues are still outstanding. There were mitigating circumstances - serious illness in the company - but communications with us have been erratic and we are left with a few outstanding issues that we have to deal with ourselves.

I have been in property development for 15 years and I have dealt with excellent tradesmen as well as bad tradesmen. I can categorically say that Shawn is one of the best tradesmen I have dealt with. He provided me with very competitive quote, completed job when he said he would and his finish is brilliant. His way of dealing with customers is clam and professional.He did not ask me for penny upfront and all was paid after he invoiced me having finished the job.
